Why do we need your donations?
Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team is a registered charity and our team members are unpaid volunteers. Whilst the team does receive some funding from the Scottish Government and charitable organisations, we rely upon your donations to meet the significant costs of running the team.
With over 150 callouts a year, our rescue equipment and clothing suffers real wear and tear. Your donations help us to maintain and replace this equipment and also allow us to provide regular team training.
We really appreciate any donation you can make or raise, and any orders of our merchandise. You can be assured that any money we receive will contribute towards our efforts to save lives.
